How it works
Booking process
Book a slot, send your inspo, then wait for Avegail to confirm. The slot you book is longer than the service usually takes — that is deliberate, and explained below.
Send your inspo
Message Facebook or Instagram with a photo of the design you'd like, and include your email address. The slot holds your time; this is what tells Avegail what you actually want.
Wait for confirmation
Avegail will email you within 24 hours to confirm whether the design is possible in your booked slot. She may ask for a confirmation payment at that point.
Send your nail inspo
Message the Gailerie page with a photo of the design you'd like — a screenshot, a saved post, anything that shows the colour, shape or art you have in mind.
Include your email address in the same message. That is how Avegail matches your inspo to your booking — and where your confirmation is sent.

Why book longer than the service takes?
- The scheduler only offers fixed lengths, so we book the one that comfortably covers the service rather than the one that just barely fits.
- How long a set takes genuinely varies — with the design, the shape and length you want, and the condition your nails are in on the day.
- Already wearing gel or extensions? Taking it off adds 30 minutes to an hour before anything new goes on, and Gel Polish & Soft Gel Nail Extension removal pricing applies on top.
- Booking the longer slot means your appointment is never cut short, and nobody is waiting behind you if the work needs more care than expected.
You may well finish early — that's normal. You are only charged for the service you have, never for time you didn't use. Occasionally a set runs past the booked time instead; the extra room is what absorbs that without rushing your nails.

Gel Polish
Gel colour on your natural nails, cured to a hard, glossy finish that keeps its shine for weeks. Shape, shade and finish agreed with you before anything is applied.

Soft Gel Nail Extension
Added length using soft gel tips, shaped and finished to suit your hands. The price depends on the length and how much work the set needs.

Gel Polish Removal
A careful soak-off that lifts the product without filing into your natural nail. ₱100 if Avegail applied the set; ₱200 if it was done elsewhere, since that takes longer and needs more care.
Book this only if removal is all you need. Having a new set the same visit? Book that service instead — the removal is done during your appointment and charged on top, so you don't book it separately.
Prices are a range because length, condition and how much work a set needs all change the time it takes. You'll always be quoted before anything is applied.

Message AvegailYes. Say so in your step-two message, along with your inspo, so Avegail can plan the time — and book the longer slot for the service you want, since taking the old product off adds 30 minutes to an hour. If the previous set has damaged your nail plate, Avegail will talk through a plan before adding length.
Open the appointment in your calendar — the Reschedule and Cancel links are in the event description, and they update Avegail's calendar straight away. Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling never costs you your confirmation payment; a late cancellation or a no-show makes it non-refundable. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment has to be shortened or rescheduled. Full details are in the Terms of Service.
Cuticle oil twice a day, gloves for cleaning, and treat them as jewellery rather than tools. Never peel a lifting nail — message the Facebook or Instagram page as soon as it happens and Avegail will fit you in. Whether the repair is free depends on what caused the damage; she'll tell you before doing anything.
Cash, bank transfer, and e-wallets like GCash and Maya. A confirmation payment may be asked for once your booking is confirmed — 50% of the quoted price, a flat ₱200, or the full amount, whichever suits you. It comes off your total on the day, and rescheduling never loses it.
