# Book an *appointment*

 Book a slot at the length your service needs, send your inspo, then wait for Avegail to confirm by email within 24 hours. **The slot you book is longer than the service usually takes** — see [why on the home page](https://www.gailerie.com/#booking-process).

Step one

## Book a slot

 The scheduler offers three fixed lengths — 1, 3 and 5 hours. Find your service below and note the length it tells you to book, not the time the service actually takes. You will pick the day and time further down this page.

### Gel Polish

Usually takes **1–2 hours**

Book the **3 hour** slot

### Soft Gel Nail Extension

Usually takes **2–4 hours**

Book the **5 hour** slot

### Gel Polish Removal

Usually takes **30 min – 1 hour**

Step two

## Send your inspo

 Booking holds your time — it doesn't tell Avegail what you'd like. As soon as you have picked your time below, message Avegail with your design and your email address, so the two arrive together.

### Send your nail inspo

 Message the Gailerie page with a photo of the design you'd like — a screenshot, a saved post, anything that shows the colour, shape or art you have in mind.

**Include your email address in the same message.** That is how Avegail matches your inspo to your booking — and where your confirmation is sent.

Ready when you are

## Pick your time

 Choose the length you noted in step one, then a day and time that suits you. The appointment lands in your calendar straight away — keep it, because that is where the reschedule and cancel links live.

Step three

## Wait for confirmation

 Avegail will email you **within 24 hours** to confirm whether your design works in the slot you booked.

### What happens next

- You'll hear back by email at the address you sent with your inspo — **within 24 hours**.
- Avegail will confirm whether the design is possible in the time booked, or suggest a change if it needs longer.
- **A confirmation payment may be asked for** once your booking is confirmed — 50% of the quoted price, a flat ₱200, or the full amount, whichever suits you. It comes off your total on the day, and rescheduling never loses it.
